The Role We are looking for an experienced Java Software Engineer to join Fasanara Digital and take significant ownership of systems supporting our 24/7 trading activity. The role will focus on the development and maintenance of our multi-venue collateral management platform, alongside new reference data and accounting infrastructure supporting both digital assets and traditional financial markets. This is a hands-on engineering role within a small, high-performing team where engineers have a high degree of ownership and autonomy. You will work across both new development and existing production systems, designing new solutions while maintaining, improving, and scaling established code. The successful candidate will ideally bring experience from financial services, trading, banking, or digital assets, although strong distributed systems experience from another high-performance environment will also be considered.
