Software Engineer - Sitecore

Role: Software Engineer – Sitecore 📍 Copenhagen, Denmark (On-site, minimum 3 days per week) 🕒 Full-time Consultancy Assignment 📅 Contract Duration: ASAP – 31 December 2026; B2B only Strategic Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading international technology-driven organization that develops, maintains, and operates digital solutions supporting millions of users and complex business operations. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – Sitecore to support a major website transformation and content migration initiative. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine and finalize the new website structure, content model, and content migration in Sitecore.Design and configure Sitecore templates, components, and content structures to support the new website, with a particular focus on dynamic fund pages.Implement and optimize Sitecore architecture and content models.Design and develop content migration scripts.Provide hands-on knowledge transfer and training to internal engineers to ensure long-term support and capability building.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support successful project delivery. Required Experience: 8+ years of experience in web development and CMS implementations.Minimum 5 years of hands-on Sitecore experience.Proven track record delivering or leading end-to-end Sitecore implementations and migrations.Strong experience with:Sitecore architecture and content modellingSitecore templatesRenderings and componentsLayouts and placeholdersWorkflows and personalizationContent migration design and implementationStrong technical expertise in:.NETC#ASP.NET MVCAPIs and integration patterns related to SitecoreExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
