We're in the early days. The GTM motion is still taking shape. There is no massive Solutions Engineering org. There is no 50-page technical playbook. There is no pre-built demo or reference architecture for every scenario you'll walk into. In this role, you bridge the gap between technical discovery and business value for Laravel Cloud. You are a strategic partner to the sales team, architecting solutions that solve complex infrastructure challenges for our prospective customers. By collaborating across Product, Sales, and Support, you ensure that every engagement translates deep technical architecture into a foundation for long-term success on the platform. This means running discovery with CTOs, mapping complex application ecosystems and hosting needs to our platform, and delivering high-fidelity solution designs and estimatesServe as a technical authority. Through demos and architecture deep-dives, you show how Laravel Cloud handles performance and security at scale. You win the respect of engineering teams by solving for their hardest requirementsLead evaluations and production pilots. You own the hands-on technical journey, from provisioning trial environments and benchmarking data to coaching customer teams for a seamless production rolloutGuide the buying journey. You translate technical success into business ROI for leadership. You manage security reviews and procurement hurdles, partnering with your AE to keep the commercial and technical threads alignedInfluence the platform. You turn field insights into actionable product feedback. Beyond the deal, you represent Laravel in the community by speaking at events, writing technical content, and engaging on livestreamsIterate and build. You create the tools and processes that will scale our sales operations. You thrive on turning the unknown into a repeatable, high-performing function Requirements Practical engineering experience. You have built and shipped production apps, navigated AWS, and understand the nuances of deployment and API designArchitectural expertise. You possess a high degree of cloud fluency, from networking and high availability to database tuningComposure and credibility. You can whiteboard a complex system or review a prospect's code live without breaking a sweatEffective communication. You listen first, handle objections with ease, and can explain technical concepts to any stakeholder, from dev to financeA partner mindset.
