You will be tasked with producing civil design plans, collaborating with and mentoring junior engineers, attending client and subcontractor meetings, and taking on increasing responsibility as you develop into a leadership position.
This role would suit someone with civil design experience who is working toward or looking to obtain their PE license and has the ambition to grow into a team leader and eventually Project Manager within a company that actively promotes from within.
