Summary:
Location: MontrealWork Mode: Onsite (3x/week)
Responsibilities:
Design and develop complex software systems and applications, setting high standards for quality and innovation.Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality.Deliver solutions that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.Learn, improve, and apply company's proprietary frameworks and best practices.Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.Respond proactively to change, mastering new technical and business concepts as needed.
Requirements:Minimum 7 years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code.Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, Relational databases.Experience with UI development frameworks (preferably Angular, React, etc.).Experience with AI coding assistants like copilot, using Agent mode, Skills, etc.
