Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Nexxtlab, you will be expected to participate in deployments, monitoring, pipeline improvements and creation, but also help improve processes and create new processes as the teams and needs grow. Our company is currently working with PAAS so the position requires discussion and coordinating with a managed services provider so a minimum level of tech understanding for smooth communication is expected. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES · Participate in and support deployments across our PAAS environment · Monitor production systems and application health · Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines · Coordinate and communicate with our managed services provider · Contribute to capacity and resource planning · Support containerization and orchestration efforts for our applications · Define, document, and improve internal DevOps processes scale · Collaborate closely with development teams to support the full software delivery lifecycle ESSENTIALS · At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps engineer · Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or similar form of qualification · Experience maintaining and deploying cloud software · Experience and Understanding of docker/containers and orchestration · Experience and Understanding in hardware requirements for resource planning and application tuning. · Experience implementing CI/CD · Strong Observability experience · Experience and Understanding in Linux based OS · Cybersecurity oriented mindset DESIRABLE · Experience in Office 365 Tenant Manangement · Zabbix Monitoring · JakartaEE/Payara experience · Postgresql, Jenkins experience · Redis Experience · MariaDB experience · Knowledge of Java/bash/micropprofile · Strong Documentation Methodology · Gitlab, Debian experience SOFT SKILLS · Enthusiasm and resilience in a fast-paced and high yield work environment · Enthusiast team player and communicator, solution oriented · English language WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic, international team and exciting challenges in the fast-growing energy transition sectorAn agile, collaborative and innovation-driven corporate cultureFull-time employment HOW TO APPLY We look forward to receiving your application!
