Software Engineer - | AI | Early-stage We are working with an exciting VC-backed AI technology company that is scaling rapidly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Software Engineer to join a small, highly capable engineering team and work closely with the founders. In this role, you will be a key member of the engineering team, building and owning critical product functionality end-to-end About You You will be a Software Engineer with 3–6 years’ experience, ideally as a full-stack or frontend-leaning full-stack engineer. • Strong experience with TypeScript • A proven track record of building and owning features or systems end to end • Experience working closely with product and/or operations teams • A pragmatic, hands-on approach to solving complex problems • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership • Experience in an early-stage, VC-backed startup is highly desirable • Ideally, you’ll have been an early engineering hire and be comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity This would particularly suit someone who enjoys the pace and autonomy of an early-stage startup and has experience as an early engineering hire, where you have had the opportunity to build, solve problems and take features from idea through to production.
