Description

We build software that helps banks and financial institutions detect fraud, prevent money laundering, and understand transactions at scale. Our platform processes large volumes of transactional data in real time, combining search technology and AI to provide clear, actionable insights. The role: You will join our Financial Crime Product Development team as a Software Developer or Senior Software Developer (Java). Working in a small, autonomous agile team, building and maintaining backend services that are part of a large, enterprise-grade platform used by global banks and making a real difference to the impact of fraud and financial crime. Your work will include: Designing and developing backend services in JavaImproving performance, reliability, and scalabilityInvestigating production issues and delivering long-term solutionsWorking with large data volumes in distributed systemsCollaborating closely with other engineers in your teamThe role level (Software Developer or Senior) will depend on your experience and technical impact What we’re looking for: You have experience building and running production systems, and you are comfortable working independently on complex problems You have: Strong experience with Java in backend developmentExperience with distributed or cloud-based systemsGood analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solvingExperience working in agile development teamsClear and practical communication skills You also have experience with, or interest in, some of the following technologies: Spring BootKafka (or other messaging systems)Docker and KubernetesMonitoring and observability tools (e.g. Grafana)Experience with Python, TypeScript, Angular, Spark, Elasticsearch, or StarRocks is a plus, but not required Oferta: Lokalizacja: Warszawa/ Centrum; praca hybrydowa: 2-3x w tygodniu w biurze Stawka: 120-175 PLN netto/h +VAT
