Middleware Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Engineer to support a Data Center Migration Program for critical payment processing applications. The role focuses on building, testing, troubleshooting, and migrating middleware environments while ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. This position requires working on-site from our Warsaw office, with occasional remote work Job responsibilities: Support application and middleware migration activities within the Data Center Migration Program. Build, configure, test and migrate middleware environments. Work closely with Application, Middleware, Infrastructure and Project Management teams. Prepare and follow up on infrastructure build, configuration and access requests. Diagnose and resolve technical issues and migration blockers. Monitor environments for performance, availability, reliability and resilience. Support testing and validation of new and migrated environments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation in Confluence. Coordinate technical activities with SMEs and stakeholders across different countries. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Experience with middleware technologies, ideally in Oracle environments. Knowledge of several tools such as WebLogic, Oracle Service Bus, OID, Forms/Reports, ORDS, ODI, Control-M, PL/SQL, Ansible/Rundeck. Experience with application or Data Center migration projects. Understanding of infrastructure, networking, load balancing, TLS, monitoring and high availability. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Good spoken and written English and fluent Polish b>Nice to have: Experience in banking, payments or financial services. Knowledge of high-volume or near real-time transaction processing systems.
