Full-Stack .NET Developer

Full Stack Developer (iGaming) Location: Malta (Hybrid) Our client is an established technology company operating within the iGaming industry, delivering innovative SaaS solutions used by some of the world's leading gaming operators. Their proprietary platform continues to evolve as the business scales, and they're looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to help build the next generation of products and services. The Role As a Full Stack Software Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable applications across both backend and frontend technologies. You'll work closely with Product, QA and fellow Engineers to deliver high-quality software while helping shape future architecture and engineering best practices. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working across the full software development lifecycle, and contributing ideas in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.Build high-performance backend services with a focus on reliability, scalability and maintainability.Develop responsive frontend features and user interfaces.Design and integrate RESTful APIs and distributed services.Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.Participate in technical design discussions and architectural decisions.Collaborate closely with Product, QA and Engineering teams to deliver new functionality.Optimise application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes, tooling and coding standards.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Essential: Commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Developer.Strong backend development experience using C# and .NET technologies.Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or similar.Solid understanding of REST APIs, object-oriented programming and software design principles.Experience working with MS SQL and relational databases.Knowledge of distributed systems, caching technologies or cloud-based applications would be advantageous.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams.A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving engineering practices.
