Your Role Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications following best practices and coding standardsBuild and deploy robust, scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Spring FrameworkDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutionsImplement secure and efficient backend services using Spring SecurityOptimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production defectsDesign and manage database schemas, queries, and data integration using SQL/NoSQL databasesImplement asynchronous communication using messaging platforms like Kafka or RabbitMQParticipate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standardsWrite and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit to ensure application reliabilityContribute to CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processesWork with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments (if applicable)Maintain technical documentation for system architecture, APIs, and development processesContinuously learn and apply new technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality Your Profile Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and logical problem-solvingExtensive experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17) and JavaScriptHands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)Proven experience in building Microservices ArchitectureProficient in RESTful API developmentExperience with Hibernate, JPA, and other ORM frameworksStrong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)Familiarity with message queue systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQExperience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plusUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsKnowledge of Java Design Patterns with practical implementation experienceExperience in JUnit testing and development What You'll Like About Working Here We promote Diversity & Inclusion as we believe diversity of thought fuels excellence and innovation.In Capgemini, we enable people to be the architects of their career growth.
