About you
We’re looking for an experienced Middle+ Full Stack Developer to join our in-house team in Palma.
You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining scalable applications and database systems, are comfortable and experienced using AI-tools in an AI-based development environment and ask the right questions to secure quality.
You are working closely with our product and marketing teams to create customer value, intelligent and efficient tools.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and Laravel
Design and optimize database schemas and queries
Improve application performance, security, and scalability
Lead code reviews and support best practices across the team
Collaborate with other developers, marketers, and designers
Contribute to planning, architecture decisions, and documentation
Help onboard and mentor new developers as the team grows
Requirements
5+ years as a developer or DevOps engineer
Strong experience with PHP, Elastic Search, MySQL, and modern backend frameworks
Comfortable with JavaScript (vanilla; React or Vue.js is a plus)
Experience in Linux environments (Ubuntu) and version control (Git)
Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
Knowledge of limits, edge cases and structure of AI development
Experience in efficiently using AI development tools and quality control
