About The Role: We’re expanding our Technology & Transformation practice and are looking for an experienced Java Developer to help design and deliver innovative, secure, cloud‑native solutions for our clients across multiple industries. 🔧 What you’ll be doing Designing, developing and maintaining high‑quality Java applicationsBuilding and securing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot / Spring MVCCollaborating in cross‑functional agile teams to deliver client solutions end‑to‑endContributing to architecture and system design, including non‑functional requirementsSupporting live services, troubleshooting production issues, and improving observabilityMentoring engineers and contributing to the wider engineering community 🛠️ What we’re looking for Strong hands‑on experience with Java (JVM languages such as Kotlin or Scala welcome)Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles and design patternsExperience with Spring Framework, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)Confidence communicating complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders ⭐ Nice to have Kafka, SQS, Serverless (Lambda)Monitoring & logging tools (ELK, Dynatrace, Splunk)JPA / Hibernate, Swagger / OpenAPI, automated testing toolsExperience delivering projects from backlog through to production 🌍 Why Us?
