Who you are You are a proactive Fully Bilingual, Fullstack Developer who thrives in a small, high-autonomy team with light process. You own your deliverables end to end, from backend to interface, and you are comfortable defending your technical choices without close supervision. You distrust premature abstraction and justify complexity with a real need rather than an anticipated one. You ask questions about the problem before proposing a solution, and you can explain your own designs simply, whether to an engineer, a customer, or a colleague outside engineering. You take pride in shipping software that runs reliably on customer premises, where there is no dashboard to watch and no hotfix button: it has to work. What you will do Deliver full-stack features end to end, from backend services through to the user interface.Build and maintain software that is installed and runs reliably on customer premises, including in constrained environments.Own your technical decisions and communicate trade-offs clearly to the team and to product and customer stakeholders.Work closely with the product team to translate customer needs into simple, durable technical solutions.Contribute to a small, high-autonomy engineering team with light process, sharing context and reducing single points of failure.
