In this role, you will be close to key decisions, strategic initiatives, and leadership discussions. You will help connect people, priorities, and insights across teams, making sure important topics move forward in a clear and structured way.You will work with the Head of Digital Hub, management team members, senior stakeholders, and colleagues across NN Digital Hub and NN Group. Your work will help us strengthen our organization, improve how we operate, and create conditions for people and teams to succeed.Your responsibilitiesYou will support strategic decision-making by preparing analyses, business cases, benchmarks, and clear recommendationsYou will help drive strategic initiatives across NN Digital Hub, such as AI adoption, knowledge management, organizational transformation, employee experience, and culture topicsYou will turn complex information from different sources into clear insights, executive summaries, presentations, and decision-making materialsYou will coordinate preparation for management meetings, strategic reviews, workshops, and leadership discussionsYou will track decisions, commitments, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions to keep important topics movingYou will proactively identify opportunities, roadblocks, and areas that need leadership attentionYou will gradually take ownership of selected initiatives and build the experience needed for future management responsibilitiesWhat makes this role differentThis role gives you a front-row seat to how a 300+ employee international organization is led and developed.
