We collaborate with telecom operators, media platforms, broadcasters, and advertising ecosystem players to develop data-driven solutions that generate value across the TV and digital advertising landscape.
Our Database team is growing and we are looking for sharp and motivated developers to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Designing: applying your know-how and judgement in designing and specifying schemas/tables, indexes, queries and procedures to deliver on business requirement.Building and optimizing: applying your code writing skills to implement various queries and procedures, and data definitions objects.
Collaborating: aligning with peers – within and beyond the database team – to proactively minimize code and logic defects.Architecting: participating in discussions aimed at answering business problem and/or solving tech challenges, with other team(s) including not just technical ones such as data engineering but also business ones such as product team.Documenting: maintaing accurate and relevant documentation of design decisions, changes, and updates to ensure clarity and sustained performance.Improving practice: sharing knowledge with other members of the database to advance team’s output
What We Expect From You:
Strong knowledge of SQL with exceptional attention to detailBasic to Moderate understanding of performance optimization in databases, with strong desire to advance and learnExperience with leading DB products – ideally PostgreSQL, alternatively OracleFamiliarity with designing and managing distributed databases is a plusStructuring and problem-solving skills, with collaborative mindsetStrong communication skills in Croatian and EnglishExperience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a bonus.Ideally 3 or more years of experience in similar roles
