We are now looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer who is curious and motivated to join our Qnister team in Jönköping. At Qnister, we make compliance easy by helping organizations meet regulatory requirements through intuitive software solutions for GDPR, Whistleblowing, Sanctions, and other compliance processes. Your impact Develop and enhance modern SaaS solutions that create real value for our customers. Take ownership of features and services across the full software development lifecycle — and of the technical decisions behind them. Collaborate closely with teammates to design, build, test, and deliver high-quality software. Drive technical design decisions, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements. Build scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using modern technologies and best practices. Help shape our engineering culture through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning. Your Profile Deep, hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and backend development — enough to set technical direction, not only follow it. Strong grasp of software architecture: service boundaries, integration patterns, and the trade-offs behind them. You can explain why a design is right, and when it stops being right. Solid command of SQL Server and EF Core, including migrations against a live database holding real customer data. Experience designing REST APIs that are pleasant to consume. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps - you understand the build pipeline that ships your code and can diagnose it when it breaks. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript. Collaborative mindset and confidence in sharing ideas and contributing to technical discussions. Interest in understanding customer needs and translating them into great software solutions. Fluent in English. Nice to have Experience with Blazor Server Side. Azure AD B2C custom policies, SAML federation, or BankID integration. Azure DevOps pipelines and Windows/IIS deployment, or an eye for secrets management, monitoring, and alerting. Authentication fundamentals — OAuth2/OIDC, tokens, claims, cookie authentication, and what actually happens during a redirect. Practical experience directing AI coding agents in a professional codebase. Fluent in Swedish. Located in or near Jönköping.
