We aim to give customers more time to focus on what matters most to them, as well as growing along with our partners, riders and community along the way. You will become an integral part of the Norwegian People & Culture team and your role's core purpose is to deliver best in class employee experience through user friendly tools, systems and processes. You will achieve this through continuous improvement and innovation with the employee & company needs as your north star. The position is limited to 2 years. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Continuously ensure compliance, improvement and innovation of our systems and processes. Owner of systems and processes, super user and driving company/ country needs in development, securing best fit with regional processes to local needs. Driving adoption and implementation through various training offers and information arenas. Securing insight and data driven decision making in the P&C team. Payroll link between people and payroll on people processes and legal compliance. P&C reporting to Governmental entities. Proactively work on data analysis and identify areas for improvement. Support in overall P&C projects, People Partner cases and cultural initiatives.
