The role
We're not looking for someone to execute specs.
You'll identify what needs of our systems, architecture it, solve scaling issue before they happend and ship it end to end – in direct cooperation with David Gazdoš (CTO).

What you'll work on
End-to-end ownership: From identifying the problem to shipping the fix.

You're expected to use them to deliver complex features independently and fast.SRE: You watch dashboards proactively, catch problems before they surface, and fix them before customers even notice.
What we're looking for
You've already built things at scale of hundreds of CPUs, hundreds gigs of RAM, thousands ingress requests / second.You're anchored in both dev and devops: You've worked across the full stack, ideally as the single person responsible for the outcome.You don't wait for a ticket: You identify what needs to be built and you start.End-to-end is the main reason you're here: Not a compromise.
