Looking for Agentic Software Developers
Our clients are looking for AI-fluent developers and team builders for production environments.
This is why we are searching for skilled Full-Stack Developers, Tech Leads, and Architects with a deep, below-the-surface understanding of agentic software development and a proven track record in large-scale production systems.
In this role, you will:
Join client teams as a Senior Developer, or build and coach pilot teams as a Lead or Architect.Bring agentic software development into real-world production environments and level up clients' AI capabilities.
What we expect from you:
Around +7 years of relevant work experience, and solid consulting background in working with large Finnish organizations.Experience of agentic software development in large scale, preferrably commercial settings.Deep coding and architecture expertise, along with hands-on experience deploying agentic software applications to production.The ability to act as a mentor and guide teams in adopting agentic software development practices.A strong track record of working on large-scale production systems.Ideally opportunity to visit client's premises in Helsinki metropolitan area on a weekly basis.Ideally fluent Finnish and English skills.
