Description

TradeScale helps trades and construction businesses scale. We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to help build our next generation of SaaS products, both our own products and products we deliver for our external clients. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role for a technically-minded PM who thrives at the start of the build, shaping products from concept, defining the roadmap, and getting the first versions shipped. You'll sit between engineering, design and clients, set the pace of delivery, and make pragmatic scope calls to get to launch fast. What you'll do Own and shape the product roadmap across TradeScale's own products and our external client projectsManage delivery across both internal and external (outsourced/agency) development teamsTurn business goals and client needs into clear, well-scoped ticketsWork day-to-day with developers on grooming, sprint planning, unblocking and acceptanceGet into the technical detail: APIs, data flows, integrations and AI/automation featuresKeep stakeholders and clients updated with clear, concise progress What we're looking for 2 to 5 years in product management, able to run a roadmap independentlyExperience taking products from concept to launch (0-to-1)Genuinely technical: comfortable talking APIs, data models and system design with engineersExperience coordinating both in-house and external/outsourced dev teamsExposure to AI-driven or automation products a strong plusConstruction tech / proptech experience preferred but not requiredSelf-directed, fast to onboard, happy juggling multiple products and clients Location & working pattern London-based. Part of the role is embedded in client offices in London, with the remainder worked remotely. Package Competitive, dependent on experience.
