Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Own and define the end-to-end Design System Infrastructure strategy for Infineon products, with a strong focus on enabling an IP-based economyAct as Product Owner for Configuration Management and IP Lifecycle management by setting vision, roadmap, and priorities Translate business and engineering needs into scalable platform capabilities and implement impactful solutions Drive alignment with global stakeholders across R&D, CAD, and product teams Provide technical direction and leadership for configuration management, data access, distribution and release processes (incl. best practices) and lead the data management teamDrive adoption of AI enabled infrastructure, leveraging CI/CD, and workflow optimization with an automation-first mindset Monitor and continuously improve service quality and performance to increase user satisfaction Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed A degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or similar) At least 6 years working experience in CAD or design system infrastructure within the semiconductor industry, including strong expertise in data and configuration managementProven (technical) leadership, e.g. by leading teams, focus groups, or task forces with sound architecture/solution guidanceStrong scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Perl, or equivalent) and solid Linux/Unix expertiseSound understanding of CAD design flows and tool ecosystems plus configuration management and release concepts Understanding and exposure to AI/ML-enabled engineering workflows (design flow optimization/ data-driven decision making systems) and CI/CD concepts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global, cross-functional environments as well as fluent English language skills, German is a plus Contact: Alexander Greie, LinkedIn #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
