Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description ABOUT THE JOB Work directly with BU teams to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI and technology solutions.Design, develop, and deploy production-grade applications, APIs, data pipelines, and AI solutions.Build and integrate AI/LLM solutions, including agents, automations, RAG applications, and data products.Integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions using real business data and user feedback.Own technical delivery from architecture and development through deployment, monitoring, and handover.Collaborate with Core Technology teams to ensure solutions meet security, data governance, and platform standards.Monitor solution adoption and business impact, using data to continuously improve solutions.Communicate technical progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to business and senior stakeholders.Develop reusable technical patterns and contribute to engineering best practices. About You Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI Engineering, or a similar role.Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Go, or a similar modern language.Experience building applications, APIs, and data pipelines.Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL, and REST APIs.Practical experience with Generative AI / LLMs, such as prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, or model integration.Experience integrating applications with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and data sources.Ability to take ownership of solutions from development through deployment and production support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and translating business problems into technical solutions.Able to work independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Nice to Have Experience building AI agents and workflow automation.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehouses.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code.Previous experience in consulting, innovation, or business-facing technology roles.Experience measuring technology solutions through business adoption and commercial impact.
