Leveraging GitOps, cloud-native technologies, automation and observability practices, the team delivers secure, scalable and reliable platform capabilities that enhance developer productivity and accelerate software delivery. You will play a key role in building, operating and continuously improving a Kubernetes-based platform that underpins critical engineering workloads. Working across AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, GitOps, observability, security and automation, you will help ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable and easy for development teams to consume. You will manage and enhance core platform services, support application onboarding, and drive improvements to deployment and operational workflows. Partnering closely with engineering teams, you will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and automate repetitive operational tasks. You will also contribute to platform innovation, developer enablement, and the adoption of best practices that improve system resilience and operational efficiency. What You Offer 3+ years of experience operating and supporting production Kubernetes environments, preferably Amazon EKSStrong AWS experience, including IAM, networking, load balancing, and cloud infrastructure servicesHands-on experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux, along with Helm and KustomizeExperience with observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management in distributed systemsStrong scripting and automation skills using Bash and infrastructure-as-code or configuration management approachesExperience with HashiCorp Vault, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, or policy-as-code technologies is an advantage.
