Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes for integrating data from multiple sources.Develop data models and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and availability.Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.Optimize data processing workflows and improve overall pipeline performance.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline and integration issues.Collaborate with Data Scientists, BI Developers, Software Engineers, and business teams.Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and security.Contribute to the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.Experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration.Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data modeling.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark.Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
