About The Role We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Security Engineer to join our team in Cyprus (hybrid). This is more than a traditional security role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working closely with people—not just technology. You’ll have the opportunity to shape security practices, introduce automation, and make a real impact in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), including user lifecycle, SSO, MFA, and access governance. Maintain and improve endpoint, network, and cloud security. Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate remediation. Support compliance with security policies and best practices. Identify opportunities to automate IT and security processes using scripting and AI tools. Work closely with colleagues across different teams, providing guidance and practical security support. Continuously improve security processes and contribute new ideas and initiatives. Maintain clear documentation and help build a security-first culture. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in IT Security, IAM, DevSecOps, or a similar role. Strong understanding of IAM, SSO, MFA, endpoint, network, and cloud security. Experience with security monitoring and incident response. Scripting or automation experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar). Knowledge of GDPR and security best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical colleagues. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable working independently with minimal micromanagement. Experience with AI tools and automation is a strong advantage.
