Develop and maintain digital platforms in accordance with corporate branding and quality standardsDesign, build, and enhance both frontend and backend features for distribution platformsDeliver responsive and scalable applications within an Agile development environmentEnsure compliance with web development standards, usability guidelines, and best practicesDrive continuous improvements by introducing new technologies, tools, and development approachesWork closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend solutionsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLCContribute to application design, system architecture, and technical solution deliverySupport AI adoption and automation initiatives across software development processes
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineAround 3+ years of software development experienceStrong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and MandarinSolid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system design capabilitiesPassionate about learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trendsExperience in frontend development using React Native, Node.js, and RESTful APIsKnowledge of backend development using Go and/or Java Spring BootFamiliarity with database technologies such as MSSQL and MongoDBExposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools, particularly Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOpsHands-on experience with development tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and EclipseBasic knowledge of Red Hat Linux environments is advantageousAble to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a positive mindset
