Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Mid-Level & Senior Opportunities) Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office) Role Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 DOE plus benefits Overview: Our client is an award-winning digital consultancy based in Manchester, delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms for a range of well-known organisations across the membership, charity and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint both Mid-Level and Senior Full Stack Developers to join their engineering team. These are hands-on roles offering the opportunity to work across a variety of complex client projects, using modern Microsoft technologies within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll become part of a dedicated Sprint Delivery Team, working across a portfolio of key client accounts. The role offers plenty of variety, with developers rotating between projects, solving different technical challenges and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, React and TypeScript.Deliver enhancements and new functionality across a range of digital platforms and client projects.Work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants and fellow Developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and support successful project delivery.Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews and engineering best practice.Help maintain high standards through clean code, automated testing and CI/CD.Senior Developers will also mentor junior colleagues, influence technical decisions and provide leadership within delivery teams. Essential Skills and Experience: Commercial experience developing full stack applications using Microsoft technologies.Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and Web APIs.Commercial experience with React, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.Good knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.Experience delivering modern web applications within Agile environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.A proactive approach and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Desirable: Experience with Umbraco and/or Kentico.Experience working with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful.Microsoft Azure experience.Docker and containerisation.Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Previous experience working within a digital agency or consultancy environment.
