We are looking for Product Engineers who don't just execute tickets, but own technical solutions end-to-end. Whether your primary strength is building robust PHP architectures or crafting seamless full-stack user journeys with Vue.js and TypeScript, you'll drive the technical execution while our Product Managers steer the vision. 🚀 Key goals and responsibilities: End-to-end delivery: Lead backend services or ship complete user-facing features across frontend and backend.Technical discovery & decisions: Validate feasibility, select optimal solutions, and balance customer value with speed and maintainability.Production quality: Test, release, monitor, and stay close to the solution during rollout and hypercare.AI-augmented development: Leverage Claude Code, MCP servers, custom agents, and internal tooling as core parts of your daily workflow.Collaborative ownership: Work closely with PMs, QA, and engineers to evaluate trade-offs rather than waiting for fully specified tickets. 🎯 Choose the profile that best describes you: 🔹 Backend-led Product Engineer Technical focus: Strong commercial experience with PHP (Laravel or Symfony), backend system design, REST APIs, and microservices/distributed architectures.Data & Infra: Experience with relational/non-relational databases, caching, message queues, Docker, and CI/CD.Product scope: Openness to working with JS/TS when needed — caring about the full product outcome rather than stopping at the API boundary. 🔹 Full-stack Product Engineer Technical focus: Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js (Pinia, Tailwind), component architecture, and UX sensibility.Backend integration: Commercial experience with PHP and Laravel as a regular part of your work — building APIs, business logic, and backend integrations.Product scope: Ability to deliver frontend and backend changes as part of the same feature. 💡 What else will help you succeed?: AI-native approach: Hands-on experience using AI coding environments (Claude Code, Cursor) for discovery, debugging, and building repeatable engineering workflows.Ownership mindset: Experience shipping software used by real customers and a drive to ask "is this worth building?" before coding.Communication: Comfortable communicating in both Polish and English. ✨ Nice to have: Side projects built and shipped for real users.Experience building MCP servers, custom AI agents, or internal tooling.Practical exposure to Event Sourcing, CQRS, or complex system integrations. We are especially interested in people who use AI for more than autocomplete: technical discovery, implementation across unfamiliar parts of the stack, test generation, debugging, codebase exploration, specification-driven development and building repeatable engineering workflows. Experience creating MCP servers, agents, skills or internal AI tooling is a strong advantage.
