About The Role You'll be an early engineer at Aldren, working directly with the founding team to build an AI-native product for regulatory teams in pharma and biotech. What you'll do →Build and own the core product interface — document viewers, annotation layers, review workflows→Design and implement APIs that connect AI systems to the front-end in a reliable, low-latency way→Own the data layer — schema design, query performance, and data integrity in a compliance-sensitive environment→Work directly with customers to understand how they work and translate that into product decisions fast→Strong opinions on what AI-native UX should look like What we're looking for →Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products end-to-end→Product-minded — you think about the user experience, not just the implementation→Shipped AI products (not exclusive to LLMs) — you don't need to build the models but you know how to build around them→Ability to move fast without creating a mess you'll regret in six months→Curiosity about hard, document-heavy domains with high accuracy requirements→Experience in Pharma / Biotech a plus but, curiosity is more important Why Aldren Work with a lean team with deep experience in Pharma, AI, and building from 0 to 1.
