Required skillset:
Minimum 2 years of Python 3 experience, writing clean, idiomatic code to PEP-8.Solid grasp of object-oriented and asynchronous Python (asyncio, async/await) and the wider ecosystem (Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, httpx).
Comfortable in structured, packaged, production codebases — not just notebooks or scriptsExperience designing and building REST APIs with a modern web framework (FastAPI, Django, Flask or equivalent), including validation, authentication, and paginationGood working knowledge of Linux, shell scripting, network utilities and OS primitives (sockets, pipes, processes, threads, signals)Sound understanding of communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, WebSockets, SSE/streaming) and common design patterns (repository, service layer, dependency injection)Confident with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, code review, CI)Strong communication skills and the ability to work productively in a distributed teamAnalytical thinking and a pragmatic problem-solving attitude
