fulfill the general V.I.E program requirements (EU-graduate, aged between 18 and 28 years)hold a university degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related fieldbring knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support β experience with aerospace standards and regulations (EASA/FAA, Part 21/145) is a plusare proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav; familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics) is highly valuedIdeally, possess skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologiesdemonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills for working across international teams and suppliershave excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage in the global aerospace environmentWe value diversity and therefore welcome all applications - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age and sexual orientation and identity.
