Description
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join Teleste's Public Safety and Mobility business.
In this role, you'll help develop and improve the tools, automation, and environments that enable our software teams to build, test, secure, and deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and reliably.
This is not just a maintenance role.
You will play an important part in shaping how software is delivered across teams, working closely with developers, QA specialists, architects, security experts, and Operational Excellence stakeholders.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins-based environmentsImprove software build, test, release, and delivery automationSupport Linux-based development infrastructure and shared development toolsAdminister and develop Jira workflows and automationsImprove software delivery reliability, traceability, and securityHelp development teams solve tooling and delivery challengesContribute to DevOps roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD environmentsStrong understanding of DevOps practices and software delivery automationLinux administration skillsExperience with Jira administration and automationFamiliarity with scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy, Go or similar)Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools, such as AnsibleStrong problem-solving and collaboration skills
