🚀 BI Developer | Data, Engineering & AI 📍 Malta | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home Please note: this role cannot provide sponsorship. Applicants must have existing right to work. I’m working with a fast-growing international technology business operating in a highly regulated, data-driven industry that is expanding its Data team in Malta. This is more than a traditional BI role. You’ll join a small, autonomous team responsible for the company’s data platform, BI, analytics and regulatory reporting, while also helping introduce AI and automation across the wider business. What you’ll be doing: • Building ETLs and data pipelines • Developing dashboards, data models and reporting • Analysing customer behaviour, campaigns and product trends • Working with KPIs, segmentation and A/B testing • Automating manual reporting and business processes • Growing into AI/LLM-driven automation projects 🛠 Tech: GCP | BigQuery | dbt | Airflow | SQL | Python | Omni BI | Git | AI/LLMs We’re looking for someone with around 1+ years’ experience in BI, Data Analytics or a similar role, with strong SQL, some Python and a genuine desire to develop further into data engineering and AI.
