Full Stack Developer - Web Applications

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building our next‑generation platform. You will architect and deliver modern, scalable, and resilient end‑to‑end solutions that support our product long term. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications across the full stack (React/Next.js, C#)Take technical ownership of features and systems from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, and deploymentDesign and manage PostgreSQL database solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, monitoring, and securityDefine, document, and promote best practices for full‑stack development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD workflowsConduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developersCollaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross‑functional teams in an agile environmentIdentify performance bottlenecks and implement robust, scalable solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex software bugs, production issues, and architectural challengesContinuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the development lifecycle Your Qualifications & Skills Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious relevant professional full‑stack development experience, ideally with strong expertise in React/Next.jsExperience with C# and PostgreSQL; familiarity with Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plusDeep understanding of modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong experience designing, implementing, and integrating RESTful APIsSolid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and automated testingHands‑on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelinesProven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completionExcellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsFluent English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is an advantage OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesTotal compensation starting from € 52,000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievementAdditional company benefits The compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
