Product Manager Ongoing, Full time, Sydney This role is a salary Grade 09/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $133,348 - $146,945 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience. About the Role The Product Manager leads the development and management of Infrastructure NSW’s core software products, driving technology-enabled solutions that support the organisation’s vision of delivering a lasting infrastructure legacy for NSW. The role ensures software products and applications are aligned with business needs, follow best practice, and enhance ways of working across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, the Product Manager translates business objectives into technology solutions and oversees their successful delivery through internal teams and external vendors. Some of the key accountabilities include: Manage the planning, development and delivery of projects and initiatives that generate business value through the effective reuse of common technology products and platforms.Translate business and user needs into clear requirements and user stories, ensuring solutions align with and meet stakeholder expectations.Deliver, maintain and enhance technology products that improve business outcomes, including managing technical change, testing, release management and user training.Lead the delivery of IT projects executed internally and through external vendors and service providers.Provide change management and training support to facilitate the successful adoption of new and enhanced products, ensuring integration with business operations and IT service management processes. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: The ideal candidate will bring experience delivering and managing IT projects, with strong knowledge of enterprise technology platforms such as Microsoft, and particularly Salesforce. They will have a proven ability to manage and communicate technology initiatives to diverse stakeholders, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, workshops and forums, requirements gathering along with the ability to prepare clear project, technical and business documentation, will be essential to success in the role.
