For our client, we are seeking a Senior Professional Services Devops Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Design and build CI/CD pipelines for the company customers using innovative technologies Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Development teams for customer success Setup and design CI pipelines using technologies like Docker and NPM Train the open source community and the company customers on best practices Advocate for customer needs to influence the company tool features and roadmap Stay updated on the latest DevOps and CI/CD technology trends Cultivate strong relationships with customers and the community Qualifications 7+ years experience with CI tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, and Artifactory Capability to build software delivery pipelines using various DevOps tools Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and security Experience with automation tools: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes Proficient with Linux environments and server-side software management Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in software architecture design is a plus Benefits Remote work flexibility for East Coast candidates Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Participation in Employee Stock Purchase Plan Equity package with restricted stock units (RSUs) Eligibility for discretionary bonuses or commissions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
