Key Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Architect and develop .NET applications (C#, ASP.NET MVC) following clean architecture and SOLID principles Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations with enterprise and ERP systems Own full delivery — from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems to ensure stability and uptime Mentor team members and enforce coding standards, documentation, and sign-off processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and continuously improve existing systems Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and process improvement initiatives Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage deliverables with ownership and accountability
Core Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 5–8 years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET MVC) in production environments Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning Solid understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper) Experience leading or mentoring developers within a structured SDLC environment Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments ERP system exposure — IFS & Oracle is a strong advantage GitLab for source control and team collaboration BI or reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, or equivalent)
