Job Summary
We are seeking a Telco Cloud Infrastructure Deployment Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in deploying and supporting Telecom cloud infrastructure for 4G/5G Core, RAN etc workloads.
The role involves installation, configuration, integration, and support of cloud platforms and telecom virtualized workloads (VNF/CNF).
The engineer will work closely with network, cloud, and operations teams during customer deployments and rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & SupportPerform L2 troubleshooting of: Linux OS, Virtualization & Containers, Cloud networking (VLAN, Bonding, Routing)Analyse logs, raise defects, and support Root Cause AnalysisWork on incident, problem, and change management activitiesUse basic automation and scripting for upgrade/support activitiesMaintain accurate troubleshooting documentation, as-built documents, and SOP
Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of Linux (RHEL / Ubuntu)Hands-on experience with: KVM / Virtualization concepts, Containers (Docker basics)Experience or strong exposure to: OpenStack, KubernetesGood understanding of: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing basicUnderstanding of:4G/5G network architecture, NFV, SDN, VNF, CNF, MANO concepts
