About the Role As an Integration Developer at Höegh Autoliners, you’ll play a key role in powering the digital connections behind our global shipping and logistics operations. Your work will help connect customers, terminals, suppliers, vessels, and business systems across our worldwide network, enabling seamless and reliable information flow. Working closely with both business and technology teams, you’ll transform operational needs into scalable integration solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across critical processes—from customer bookings and cargo operations to vessel planning and terminal activities. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, connecting both internal systems (A2A) and external partners such as customers, agents, and terminals (B2B)Collaborate with business users and external stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend effective integration solutionsDesign, build, test, and implement integrations using APIs, EDI, and other integration technologiesManage incoming tickets and projects through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and supportCreate and maintain technical documentation to support troubleshooting, knowledge sharing, and system maintenanceContribute to process improvements within the integration teamMaintain and support existing integration solutions and systemsPerform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Immediate Manager or Authorized Representative What We’re Looking For Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field3–4 years of experience in programming and databases (recent graduates with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply)Strong problem-solving, testing, and programming skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong English communication skills; Norwegian is a plusNice to Have Experience or knowledge in any of the following is an advantage, but not required: Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle CloudIntegration platforms: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration ServicesXSLT programmingOracle database knowledgeAPI and REST development using JSON, Java, or PythonAgile development environmentsCI/CD tools and practicesUNIX/Linux server environments We believe that building and sustaining a diverse and inclusive environment for working and learning leads to a better workplace, better ideas and more inspiring conversations.
