Responsibilities
Maintain IT Infrastructure system included server, network, on-premises services, cloud services to meet department KPIsResponsible for project planning, testing, and deployment of IS Infrastructure including data center, server, network and cloud services.Manage and maintain security patches update for server, network equipment, client computerGenerate report for monitoring IS Infrastructure system such as server and network availability, server backup, anti-virus updates, security patches update report.Maintain IS security for all IT infrastructure equipment and services to compiles with IS policies, procedures and CC EAL6 requirementAnalyze and troubleshoot IS infrastructure & security incident and identity potential improvementMonitor system performance and network connectivity; ensure system availability and reliability.Handle IS Infrastructure incident and provide corrective and preventive action to improve level of the Infrastructure services
Qualification
5 years of experience as IT Engineer / Windows System Engineer in an international environmentBachelors degree in Computer Engineering, IT OR related filedStrong experience in Windows Servers, O365, Active DirectoryGood knowledge in IT Security, especially security incidentKnowledge in IT policies / IT procedures / IT WorkflowsGood communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in Thai and English
