About The Role We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (m/w/d) to join our team at our Emmerich am Rhein location. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in developing modern, scalable web applications that enhance our digital platform. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our global customer base. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and data specialists. Your expertise will help ensure that our applications are performant, secure, and user-friendly, aligning with our strategic goals and technical standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant educational background in computer science, software development, or a comparable qualification. You should have several years of professional experience in web development, particularly in full-stack roles. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript is essential. Hands-on experience with React (or similar frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js) and Node.js/NestJS is required. Additionally, familiarity with API integration, database management, and version control systems is important. Strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach to work, and a proactive, hands-on mentality are highly valued. Fluency in both German and English is necessary to thrive in our international environment. Responsibilities Design, plan, and develop modern, modular web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.Utilize technologies such as React, TypeScript, and Node.js/NestJS to enhance and evolve our digital platforms.Maintain high code quality through code reviews, pair programming, refactoring, and automated testing processes.Ensure the performance, availability, security, and maintainability of our applications on an ongoing basis.Contribute actively to the technical advancement of our products and participate in roadmap planning aligned with business objectives.Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and data teams within a cross-functional environment to deliver innovative solutions.
