looking for experienced ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM Specialists to join our growing team in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Knowledge Management capabilities.
Configure and support ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SCCM, and other technologies.
Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, cloning, instance performance, security, and governance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Support Agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
