About the Role
We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Information Systems team.
You'll work across full-stack development, systems integration, and internal tooling, taking ownership of features end-to-end and contributing to technical decisions along the way.
This role suits an engineer with a few years of hands-on experience who can work independently, occasionally guide junior teammates.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features across front-end (React) and back-end (PHP/Laravel or similar) applications with minimal supervisionContribute to the design of internal tools, dashboards, and automation workflowsImplement and maintain APIs and third-party integrations (billing systems, ticketing, messaging, identity verification, etc.)Write clean, testable, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviewsUse AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) effectively as part of your daily workflow, and help share best practices with the teamDebug and troubleshoot moderately complex issues across the stack, including with the help of AI tools where appropriateProvide guidance and code review feedback to junior engineers
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of professional software development experienceSolid, hands-on experience in at least one back-end language (PHP with Laravel, JavaScript/Node, or similar) and one front-end framework (React preferred)Good understanding of REST APIs and experience integrating third-party systemsPractical experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for coding, debugging, or documentationComfortable with Git and standard version control workflows, including branching and code review processesGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on well-scoped tasksStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, QA, and other engineering teamsExperience with working in AI-assisted IDEs like Cursor for codebase navigation and refactoring and workflow automation tools is a plusThis role is based in Malolos, Bulacan.
