We are committed to complying with Financial Services Compliance to safeguard investor asset and to provide excellent service. uSMART Securities' core management and financial technology team members come from world-renowned technology giants and well-known financial institutions, including Tencent, Alibaba, Microsoft, Yahoo, Uber, BNP Paribas, Swiss Bank, etc. uSMART Securities combines its leading artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to develop a new generation of mobile securities trading APP (uSMART) for investors, further optimizing the users’ experience of securities trading and help seek for better returns. 岗位职责： 1、负责金融科技业务需求分析，交易系统方案设计和代码编写 2、结合最新的架构和Java技术发展趋势，进行技术预研和技术攻关，突破系统和项目中的技术难点 3、持续发现系统中存在的功能、性能、架构等问题并提出改进方案 4、完成领导交代的其它工作 任职要求： 1、8年以上的JAVA开发经验，能够独立完成业务编码 2、精通JAVA语言，数据结构，多线程编程，掌握常用的设计模式，性能优化，具有较好的Java IO、多线程、网络等方面的编程能力 3、精通MySql数据库设计，优秀的SQL编写及调优能力，熟练掌握Redis 4、精通常用分布式服务治理框架（Dubbo等）、微服务框架（Spring Cloud等），有分布式系统架构设计经验，高并发处理能力 5、了解大数据相关技术栈，包括但不限于Hadoop、Flink、Spark、Kafka、Hive等 6、热爱技术研发，有很强的学习能力和进取心，性格开朗，具备合作精神 7、有互联网券商经验优先 We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
