Responsibilities
Architect & Scale: Design, build, and maintain high-availability, scalable backend services that power Japan’s largest e-commerce ecosystem.Optimize Databases: Oversee data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning using MySQL for massive traffic volumes.Drive Best Practices: Champion engineering standards across CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and Git workflows.Lead & Mentor: Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive architecture decisions across engineering squads.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and frontend developers to deliver reliable end-to-end features.
Requirements
