Apply by email: ramon.rivera@natureanalytics.earth DevOps / Platform Engineer — Mid-Level We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to help run, deploy, monitor, and secure our cloud platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning operational reliability, solving infrastructure problems, and keeping production systems healthy. You’ll work closely with the Technical Lead and take responsibility for the daily operation of our platforms, including deployments, monitoring, incident response, server and container operations, access management, backups, and routine infrastructure maintenance. You’ll be helping improve platform reliability, reduce operational risk, and make sure critical processes like deployments, monitoring, backups, certificates, and secrets are handled consistently and independently Your Skills Confidence to operate production systems in cloud environmentsAbility to take ownership of day-to-day platform reliabilityExperience with Linux, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and troubleshootingBasic Terraform knowledgeCareful approach to credentials, security, and operational discipline What You’ll Do Managing production and staging deployments, rollbacks, CI/CD pipelines, and routine AWS operations across services such as ECS/Fargate, IAM, SSM, S3, and CloudWatch.Maintaining Linux servers, Docker-based environments, nginx, TLS certificates, access controls, and secret rotations, while monitoring system health with tools like CloudWatch and Grafana. Supporting Terraform-based infrastructure work, platform migration steps, and backup and recovery processes for Postgres and MongoDB.Small backend fixes when needed to keep operations moving. Nice to Have Basic experience with modern web application development (e.g., React, Vite, etc.) and the ability to rapidly prototype MVPs or internal tools that can later be optimized and productionized by the engineering team. This role focuses on platform operations and reliability. It does not own product architecture, major application features, vendor management, budget, or long-term technical strategy.
