As an intern, you will help build the user-facing components that bring clarity to these corporate mandates. What You Will Do Translate technical requirements into functional web components using modern frontend libraries. Assist in the development of dashboards that provide portfolio clarity for our client partners. Conduct research on web accessibility standards to ensure our digital products are usable by all executive stakeholders. Write clear, clean code that is easy for other team members to review and maintain. Document technical decisions to help the firm maintain a permanent record of our development logic. Participate in code reviews to learn from senior engineers and refine your technical writing. Collaborate with the design lead to ensure that user interfaces reflect the firm focus on simplicity and precision. Support the testing phase of new features to identify and resolve performance issues before they reach the client. What We Are Looking For A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript gained through studies or personal projects. Familiarity with one modern framework, such as React or Vue, is helpful but not required. Strong written precision and the ability to explain technical problems in plain English. Curiosity about how digital tools can improve corporate governance and decision making. A disciplined approach to work that allows you to remain productive in a fully remote environment. Attention to detail when translating visual designs into functional code.
