7+ years of experience in software engineering, SaaS platform delivery, enterprise applications, or digital marketing technology.Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, integrations, configuration, onboarding, lifecycle management, and production support.Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, source control, release, and environment management.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise system integrations.Knowledge of IAM, SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, provisioning, and security integration patterns.Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support skills.Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent stakeholder communication and Agile delivery experience.Understanding of security, privacy, governance, change management, and operational risk.Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or SQL.Familiarity with cloud platforms, networking, load balancers, proxies, encryption, and enterprise integration.Experience with Kubernetes, Podman, Git, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development tools.Hands-on experience with Azure Key Vault, Azure Managed HSM, AWS KMS/CloudHSM, IAM, encryption, and key lifecycle management.Experience creating architecture documentation (C4, ADRs, security, integration, and data flow diagrams).
