We are hiring at the following management levels, and any offer will align with the gross base pay range according to the level at which you are assessed: Senior Analyst: 1700 - 3400 EUR gross; Team Lead: 1900 - 4700 EUR gross; Associate Manager: 2400 - 5600 EUR gross Key responsibilities: Drive GenAI-powered transformation projects, helping clients adopt a new way of building software with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude embedded at every stage of the SDLC. Work directly with clients to understand their needs, build trust, and turn ideas into working software β€” fast. Build and evolve frontend and backend systems with a practical, hands-on approach and setting the technical direction for the team. Make AI a default, not an afterthought β€” champion a delivery model where GenAI accelerates planning, development, testing, and documentation across the board. Example – Move from native apps to ReactNative, build reusable components using Figma MCP etc. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience building web applications with modern JavaScript β€” React, Node.js, Vue, Angular, or similar. 3+ years leading development teams, with a hands-on style and the ability to grow junior developers. Experience with GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar β€” and genuine curiosity about how AI changes the way software gets built. Comfortable talking directly with clients β€” explaining technical decisions clearly, asking the right questions, and keeping projects moving. Strong grasp of the full SDLC: from requirements and architecture to testing, deployment, and monitoring. Willingness to travel and work on-site at client locations.
